28 Quadrat is an interior design curator and consultation business. We believe in timeless and vanguard design and offer interior design consultation with handpicked items from established international brands as well as local and up-and-coming brands.

We love clean-cut and sophisticated designs with attention to detail, sustainable materials, impeccable quality and storytelling. Designs that conform to every home yet always make it feel a little bit more unique and personal.

Our goal is to advise our customers individually and flexibly, to involve you in the process in order to realize your vision - Uncomplicated, fun and cost efficient.

  • Are you looking for a new couch, dinner table, bedside lamp or curtains and need help with inspiration and research? We are happy to help.

  • New apartment or house

    You want to set up your new (shared) home the way you always wanted it to be, but need help with inspiration, planning, and execution.

    Style update

    You want to update a room or selected rooms in your home and would like inspiration and/or someone to exchange ideas with.

    Vacation home

    The new vacation home should be an inspiring and calming place of refuge, which starts with the furnishing.

  • We would be happy to plan a design trip to Stockholm for you with a joint visit to various design stores and in combination with personal advice and tips for hotels and restaurants.

    Travel expenses are not included in the offer.

OUR STORY

The story of 28 Quadrat begins in 2005 in Kronberg i. T., just outside of Frankfurt, Germany, where our Swedish founder Lena first established our initial concept store – with an area no bigger than 28 square meters. After 10 years of bringing our iconic Scandinavian style to many homes in Germany and beyond, Lena and 28 Quadrat continued the journey in Stockholm, Sweden - our original home and constant source of inspiration.

Nowadays, we work from our design studio located in an architectural office in a beautiful turn-of-the-century building in central Stockholm. These days our customers are located all over the world - from Frankfurt & Munich to Zurich, Mallorca, Stockholm and New York.
